Must have Crown, Neele's Bandage, and 2 of the surrogate key items: (Surrogate Of Hubris, Surrogate Of Greed, Surrogate Of Inaction, Surrogate Of Wrath)
Benevolent/Negligent ratio must be greater than 0.8, see Chalice for computing ratio
Defeat Queen Of Sacrifice without using Serpent Hunter
